On this episode of "Close-Up" we've met with Rick Anderson at the Maker Faire Moscow 2019.
Rick Anderson is Director of Virtual Worlds for Rutgers University and directs Game Research and Immersive Design (GRID) group. He is a co-founder and trustee of Fubar (Fair Use Building and Research) Labs a community fab lab that was New Jersey's first Hackerspace. From that experience, he became a co-founder of the Rutgers Makerspace project where GRID use the design elements from VR/AR projects and creates physical interfaces using CNC, laser cutting, 3D printing, and electronics. Those experiences to Rick co-authoring Pro Arduino published by Apress.
